The best part of my stay was the convenience of the location near the airport and car rental companies. The room was clean, silent, and comfortable, and the breakfast met my expectations. I also found it useful that I could easily reach the terminals using the red/public buses, which was affordable and convenient.

Had an amazing stay close to the airport! the runway view from our room was breathtaking. Marilena at the lounge made us feel so welcome. DEFINITELY coming back!

Despite the flavorful bites, a hiccup with the credit card terminal for check-in left me wanting more in the service department.

We hit up the Ascot racecourse and the Guards Polo Club, and the 24-hour health club was a great way to burn off our energy. The complimentary Wi-Fi and concierge service made everything super easy.

We would've loved a more happening nightlife scene near the hotel for young party-goers like us.

Room had smoking smell, despite being non-smoking. Unpleasant toilet smell in lobby bar.

Despite long check-in queues and interruptions, my second stay was comfortable with a runway view and quality bedding. The breakfast was decent, but the £10 basic option was disappointing. Staff was welcoming and helpful, arranging a cab without being asked. Some maintenance issues need attention, but overall, a satisfactory stay close to the airport.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the soundproofing within the rooms. While efforts had been made to reduce noise from the airport runway, internal noise from neighboring rooms and corridors was noticeable.

This place is a great choice for those who need to stay near to the airport as there is a shuttle service right outside the hotel. The staff provided excellent customer service and made me feel welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink upon my arrival. The room was cozy and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities including a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and air conditioning. I especially enjoyed the bar/lounge area and the snack bar. In addition, the leisure spa & wellness centre with its sauna and spa facilities was wonderful.

The hotel is blessed to have a terrific view of the runway, which was phenomenal. the hotel location is convenient to take to the Tube station and close to Heathrow airport area. The restaurant here has a variety of options and offers breakfast that is pretty good.

I always return for city break. First stay, staff helpful with local taxi. Perfect with Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, fitness studio, and more. No pets, no smoking, AC. I'm coming back for sure.

Stayed at Renaissance for a night and was impressed with the spacious and clean room. They provided all the necessary facilities including a fridge, tea/coffee, a hairdryer, and nice complimentary toiletries. Despite being located right next to the Heathrow runway, I didn't hear any planes. the runway view was an added bonus and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was the best night's sleep my partner and I have had in a hotel room. the breakfast was also lovely, especially given the current situation.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our early morning flight. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide excellent service. They even spoke to the restaurant manager who apologized for any inconvenience and ensured that we had a special table and escorted us to the lounge. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the in-room ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant and lounge offered delicious food and drinks, and the staff always served us with a genuine smile and the best of service. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly luxurious.

The location was perfect for our family as it allowed us to visit the Queen's official residence, Windsor Castle, and enjoy the thrilling rides and shows at Legoland. My wife says that a kids' play area or entertainment room would have been a great addition for families with children.

Loved the Starbucks coffee and the snacks at Café Cha, perfect for a caffeine fix. The Market Garden Restaurant offers delicious European cuisine in a fancy setting. Oh, and the 24-hour airport shuttle was just what I needed, paying extra is always a treat!

Such a shame there wasn't a service to iron my clothes for me. I just love spending my precious time doing chores while on vacation.
